Previous Capacities we have worked on behalf of:
- Johns
Hopkins University to structure a public private development of a research
park with
an at-risk developer for 750,000 square feet
of laboratory, classroom, office and conference space on
35 acres.
- The
University of Maryland, College Park to structure two public private student
housing developments, one with Ambling Companies for
704 beds in
a garden style project and another with Capstone Development
for 1100
beds in a mid rise community. Both were financed 100% with
tax exempt bonds, off balance sheet using minimal debt capacity.
